Majuro, Republic of the Marshall Islands – The Office of the Auditor-General (OAG) is pleased to announce the appointment of DeVante Jordan Jeleiloñ Abner-Floor as Deputy Chief Investigator within the Fraud Investigations Division, effective October 27, 2026.
In this role, Mr. Abner-Floor will work closely with the Chief Investigator and the Investigations Division to conduct investigations into reported allegations and suspicions of fraud, waste, and abuse involving public funds. His appointment underscores the OAG’s continued commitment to strengthening oversight, promoting public integrity, and safeguarding public resources.
Mr. Abner-Floor holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration. Before joining the OAG, he gained professional experience across the public and technical sectors. His experience includes an internship RMI Environmental Protection Authority (EPA), worked in information technology at the Marshall Islands National Telecommunications Authority (NTA), and served as a Court Interpreter for the Judiciary of Guam.

With his educational background and diverse professional experience, Mr. Abner-Floor will contribute to the OAG’s statutory mandate to promote good governance, strengthen accountability in government, and promote integrity in government in the use of public resources.
